Refund Policy – AIO Link

1. All Gift Card Sales Are Final

Gift cards purchased on AIO Link are non-refundable. Once a gift card has been successfully issued, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled, regardless of whether it has been redeemed or not.

2. No Cash Redemption

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, either in full or in part, except where required by law.

3. No Reversal After Sending

• Once a gift card is sent to a recipient, the sender cannot recall or reverse the gift.
• AIO Link does not support modification of gift card value or recipient email once delivery is completed.

4. Lost or Misdelivered Gift Cards

• AIO Link is not responsible for lost, deleted, or misdelivered gift cards due to incorrect recipient information provided by the sender.
• Users are advised to double-check recipient details before confirming the transaction.

5. Technical Errors

• In the rare event of a technical error (e.g., payment was processed but the gift card was not delivered), users must contact AIO Link Support within 7 days of the transaction date. AIO Link will investigate and may, at its sole discretion, reissue the gift card. Refunds will not be provided.

6. Unauthorized Use or Fraud

• AIO Link is not liable for gift card funds used as a result of unauthorized access to a user’s account.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

AIO Link reserves the right to update or amend this Gift Card Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or within the app.
