Terms and Conditions – AIO Link

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding agreement to use AIO Link. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access the full features of AIO Link, users must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Not create accounts for others without consent

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Create misleading or fraudulent event listings
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Upload or distribute viruses or harmful code
• Reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the app

Violation of these conditions may result in removal or suspension of access.

4. Event Hosting and Attendance

4.1 Hosting Events

• Create public or private events
• Define RSVP limits and attendance caps
• Invite attendees with or without tickets
• Track attendance and manage participants
• All tickets are free during this launch period

4.2 Attending Events

• RSVP to invited events
• Claim free tickets from public listings
• View ticket QR codes and event details
• Decline attendance or share tickets (once per ticket)

5. Ticketing and Sharing

• Each ticket is uniquely assigned and associated with a specific event and user
• Tickets contain QR codes used for event access and scanning
• Users may share unclaimed tickets via email; shared tickets become invalid on the sender’s account once accepted
• Shared tickets can only be redeemed by the recipient after signing in with the shared email address
• Ticket sharing is one-time only and cannot be reversed or re-shared

6. Digital Gift Cards

The app supports sending and receiving digital gift cards between users. Key terms include:

• Gift cards can be issued, received, and redeemed by users with verified accounts
• Sending a gift card triggers an in-app notification and adds the card to the recipient’s Gift History
• Gift card usage and redemptions are tracked securely and logged under the sender and receiver profiles
• Any misuse, abuse, or attempt to resell gift cards is prohibited
• Further policy details (e.g. expiration, refund, fraud prevention) may apply in-app

7. User Content and Conduct

Users may upload, publish, or share content such as event descriptions/images, profile bios/tags, and messages or invites. You retain ownership but grant us a license to host, display, and reformat it within the app. Content that violates law, promotes harm, or infringes others' rights may be removed.

8. User-Generated Content & Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users, the following policies apply:

• Users are solely responsible for any content they post or share in the app.
• There is zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive behavior, or illegal activities.
• Any violation may result in immediate removal of the content and termination of the user's account.
• Users can report objectionable content via the reporting feature in the app, and such reports will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use and protect data, and your rights and choices. Use of AIO Link implies agreement with our privacy practices.

10. Service Modifications and Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of the app at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breaching these Terms, inappropriate/unlawful activity, or security reasons. You may delete your account anytime via app settings.

12. Disclaimers

AIO Link provides services "as is." We do not guarantee that events will occur as planned, that user-submitted content is truthful or accurate, or that all features will always be available.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AIO Link is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or business interruptions, or actions of event hosts or other users. Our liability, if any, is limited to $100 or the amount paid to us in the last 12 months, whichever is lower.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIO Link and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your hosted events, or content you post or share.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of major changes in-app or via email. Continued use of AIO Link after updates constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law
